Energy Auditing & Home Performance Contracting Business Development Course
Learn how to develop you BPI certifications into business stategies from diagnostic equipment to weatherization & retrofitting, quality control, and project management. This course is design to help you understand how the house works as a system and how to advise your clients on scope of work and retrofitting priorities. This course is FREE to all auditors, contractors, and anyone interested in entering the home performance industry.
EPA Lead Paint Renovator
Any person or company involved in retrofitting of buildings originally constructed prior to 1978 are now required by law to be EPA certified renovators due to lead paint hazards before proceeding with renovations or face fines up to $37,500 per day.

Course Details
The cost of the EPA training course and all included materials is $295. Must be registered 10 days before start of the course due to NC reporting guidelines.

If emailing or leaving a message, please provide your name, phone number and email, as well as the course name, location and date. We will soon be adding online payment to this website.
GCC Provides
Our courses include study guide, sample written questions and field worksheets. During your course, we will provide, demonstrate and instruct you on all the necessary tools and materials for certification including. If appropriate, we can then recommend to you resources where you can purchase your own equipment.
Exam Guarantee
If after successfully completing our course you are unable to pass the corresponding exam, you will be afforded the opportunity to repeat the course and no cost. You will however be responsible for any additional exam fees associated with retaking the test.
Cancellation Policy
Course registration can be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the start date with a full refund. Failure to attend the course without prior cancellation will receive no refund. Substitute participants are allowed with prior notice.
