Unlike more simple energy audits offered by others outside of our Network, GCC Auditors perform a full series of inspections and testing to assess your home's performance such as energy usage, air infiltration, insulation levels, thermal imaging, water heating and usage, duct leakage, heating and cooling equipment efficiency, room pressures and carbon monoxide.
Our Auditor Partners will provide you with a detailed onsite report including energy and health upgrade opportunities and financial estimates specifically tailored to your home and priorities. Once you receive an Audit and develop a weatherization and retrofitting strategy with our Auditor Partner, you are ready to develop an action plan.*** Working with your Auditor, GCC takes it from there helping ensure the recommendations you choose are implemented by our Trade Partners with the quality you deserve.
