Service Programs

 

Green Collar Crew offers homeowners two Home Performance Contracting Service programs:  The Full Crew and The Crew Referral.  While a Comprehensive Home Energy & Health Audit or Consultation is a critical first step, your home will not become a more energy efficient, comfortable and healthy environment without taking action!

 

 

The Full Crew begins with a Comprehensive Home Energy & Health Audit and continues with GCC Home Performance Contracting Management and Quality Control performed by your Auditor.  This is the typical program chosen by our clients.  GCC will work directly with your Auditor offering Building Science and Project Managment support.

The Crew Referral

 

The Crew Referral may or may not begin with an Audit and continues with you providing project management.  GCC will work direcly with you offering GCC referrals and Building Science support if requested.  The Crew Referral is provided to you as a complimentary service as long as you contract with one of our Trade Partners.

 

*GCC may offer a Home Performance Lump Sum Agreement as an alternative for larger projects.
 

Next Steps - The Full Crew

 

After you have received your Audit, call the Green Collar Crew to help you develop an action plan to implement some or all of your Auditor's weatherization and retrofitting recommendations.  One of the unique benefits of choosing GCC is that we will only work with true independent third party auditors - your GCC Auditor Partner is an employee or owner of a separate company - not an employee of GCC which would create a conflict of interest.  We believe this model is important to ensure you receive unbiased recommendations and consulting from your Auditor.  We work very closely however with your Auditor and will only invite your original Auditor to represent your interests and visit your home at the beginning of retrofitting and return to observe or perform final diagnostic testing.

 

GCC will contract directly with you for the project management and retrofitting work.  If and when you choose to employ the Green Collar Crew, simply sign the GCC Project Management Agreement included in your Audit Report Packet,* call GCC and a GCC Project Manager will contact you within 24 hours Monday through Friday to continue the process of finalizing, pricing and implementing your action plan.  We use a market based approach which includes competitive pricing for most of our retrofitting services to ensure you receive the most appropriate products at the best price.

*GCC will provide you with a contract if you received your Audit from someone outside of our Partner Network.
